Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to the registered nurse or physician
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
Experience
